4. By making a purchase in our on-line shop a buyer accepts the shop regulations

II. Buying procedure

5. First the item has to be put in a cart and then confirmed in checkout. To complete an order a buyer has to fill the details form

6. Careful completing the details form is crucial for an order. All address data, e-mail address and phone number are necessary

7. Orders can be done 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normally an order is posted by the end of the next working day.

8. If the item is not in stock a buyer will be informed by e-mail. A buyer can cancel an order and obtain a refund if he/she has already wired a payment.

9. We only accept orders when all the necessary details in the form are correct.

10. We do not accept orders which cause doubts.

11. The prices are given in PLN and include 23% VAT tax

12. All the orders are fulfilled with a receipt or commercial invoice

13. We are on-line shop and post mail orders only by first class post or UPS courier

14. We accept huge orders after individual negotiations of price and delivery terms details.
